Wonderful hotel with free and magnificent location just off the shore, restaurants, stores and night out, and all the main restaurants/shops at the beach area. Very good service, really helpful and attentive staff during stay. Stunning views overlooking the garden from the a nice size and brand-new room. Down pillows, great bed.

Wonderful and absolutely gorgeous hotel, we loved this place.

booked it for 1 day and had a really nice experience. well decorated room with a king bed was enjoyable. plus we had a big closet and nice sheets. the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the check in was speedy.

how friendly everyone was and the food in the restaurant was delicious

the doors did not lock and there was nowhere to wipe my feet of sand. the screens in my room had holes in them and the mosquitoes were a bit out of hand.

The air conditioning that requires an extra charge is just an inconvenience!!! Poorly organized staff who struggle with billing. Consider improving noise insulation for rooms near the yoga studio!!!

The location was unbeatable, just next door to the Tulum ruins and Tulum for partying. the hotel was incredibly beautiful and nice, with nothing too much trouble. - the veranda facing the ocean was a nice perk. - There were lots of healthy meal options available.
